Club members can reserve the pool pavilion for private parties, cookouts, and other social events. During the reserved time, party guests have exclusive use of the pavilion area. A reservation fee of $50 is required to reserve the pavilion for all parties and events (2 hour time slot) and grants no more then 25 maximum party guests. Additional rental hours are available for $25/hour. Reservations are subject to availability of lifeguards. At the conclusion of the reserved time slot, Party guests must leave pavilion area clean and tidy when party is over (e.g., take all trash out to dumpster, wipe off tables, clean grill if used, turn off gas on grill). A $250 fee will assessed if the pavilion is not returned in a clean format.
